Submitting your FREE LISTING to the Canada Weds Wedding Directory is a simple two-step process.

1. Fill out and submit the form below to create a FREE account. These details will only be seen in your account not your business listing. Non-required fields can be filled in at a later time if desired. Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain instructions how to create your listing.

2. After logging in to your new account, create a free listing.

Terms and Conditions:*CanadaWeds.ca Wedding Directory Listing Submission Guidelines Select the one (1) most relevant category for your listing. Where a subcategory exists, select the most relevant subcategory. We reserve the right to reclassify/categorize your listing if it is deemed not to be in the right location at our sole discretion. CanadaWeds.ca directory is a human edited and reviewed directory. Free listings are truly “free”. No reciprocal links are required nor are there any fees for your free listing. Free listing approvals are subject to meeting CanadaWeds.ca quality standards, terms, policies and submission guidelines. All listings must be “Canadian”. Organizations must have a physical Canadian address. Online stores must have a physical mailing address (no P.O. Box numbers). Non-Canadian addressed companies may receive consideration if they directly sell and deliver to Canadian consumers or have physical branded outlets within Canada. Home based businesses may be able to list by supplying a city, province and postal code if they do not wish to list a home/business physical address due to privacy concerns. All listings must be written and submitted in English. Do not submit your listing in multiple locations or in multiple categories. If your product or services are sold across provinces or product/service range cross multiple categories, contact us to learn about listing in multiple areas of the directory. Not all submitted sites are accepted and approved for listing into CanadaWeds.ca’s directory. Submissions must be accurate, well written including proper spelling, grammar, syntax and otherwise be deemed tasteful, useful and relevant and must comply fully with quality standards, these submission guidelines and site Terms and Policies as outlined. All links must be active. Links must go to a live, functional website that is available 24/7 and not to a parked page, “under construction” page or website, “doorway site”, affiliate site, or redirect visitors elsewhere. Email links must direct visitors to legitimate vendor email addresses. Anonymous domain email addresses within listing submissions will be scrutinized closely and may result in a declined listing. No person or entity shall have the right to list, and no reason may be given for delayed or declined listing requests. Annex Media Marketing, Inc. reserves all rights to check the legitimacy and accuracy of any vendor, corporation or individual and their service or product claims, prior to listing or after a listing has been made. Canada Weds may decline listings and listings granted can be revoked at any time, without obligation of providing notice and without communicated reason. Any violations or abuse of the CanadaWeds.ca terms, policies or submissions guidelines will be determined at our sole discretion and may result in complete, lifetime listing bans.
